Class Structure

Each class begins with a discussion about the week's topic(s) to assess students' prior knowledge. The teacher uses the "I Do, We Do, You Do" method:

  1. I Do: Teacher provides an example.

  2. We Do: Teacher and student solve a problem together.

  3. You Do: Student completes a task independently with support as needed.

Classes include instruction, practice, and application problems (word problems). Optional homework and review material are available after class.
