Cancellation, Missed Class & Refund Policy
At Stone Bridges Academy, we strive to provide the best learning experience. Below is our cancellation, missed class, and refund policy:
Tuition Refunds
Tuition is non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:
If Stone Bridges Academy needs to cancel a class for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
If a group course/class does not achieve minimum registration within one week of the start date, you will be notified of the cancellation and will receive a full tuition refund.
Case-by-case as decided by the administration of Stone Bridges Academy.
Group Classes
7 Days or More Before Start Date: If you cancel your registration 7 or more days before the start of any group class, you will receive a full tuition refund.
Within 7 Days of Start Date: Cancellation requests received within 7 days of the start date or after the start date will not be refunded, nor will credit be provided for a future class.
No Prorated Refunds: Stone Bridges Academy does not provide prorated refunds.
Private Lessons
24 Hours Before Class Time: Cancellation or rescheduling requests made for any reason other than illness must be received a minimum of 24 hours prior to your class time to be eligible for a tuition refund. One illness cancellation per 60 days maximum.
Within 24 Hours of Class Time: Cancellation requests received within 24 hours of start time will not be refunded nor rescheduled.
Exceptions: Exceptions may be made in the case of emergency or illness.
Missed Class Sessions
Group Classes: If you miss an individual class session while the course is in progress, you will not receive a refund, class credit, or make-up session.
Private Lessons/Tutoring Sessions: If you miss a private lesson/tutoring session, you will not receive a partial refund, class credit, or make-up class.
No Class Replays: Stone Bridges Academy does not provide class replay videos for online classes.
